During the regular meeting City Council will introduce the short-term rental investigation timeline and explore policy options.

This will be a reading of the current proposed STR policy. We welcome feedback from the public to help understand the ways in which this works for the community and where there is room for improvement.

Review of the proposed policy plan and changes that were suggested.

Final proposal and last chance for change requests to the STR policy.

As the STR policy is finalized, it will be read to the public so that those who are impacted have time to ask questions and understand what the impact could be for STR property owners.

Any short-term rental property will need to ensure that they are registered with the City and are prepared to follow short-term rental guidelines.
