Regular meetings of Council are scheduled for the last Tuesday of every month, unless that Tuesday falls on a public holiday. Council may also call additional, unscheduled meetings, to enable it to discuss and decide upon specific matters.

Members of the public can attend Council meetings in person.

If you would like to have a topic discussed or a question answered at the meeting, please submit your agenda topic suggestion or question for council.

    Please submit your question online using the form below.  Alternatively, you may request that a form be emailed to you by contacting Council's Governance team.

    When submitting questions:

    • please keep questions brief
    • two questions per person are allowed
    • the Chairperson has the discretion to decide that questions may be responded to either verbally at the meeting, or later in writing
    • like questions may be grouped together and a single answer provided
